SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

4. Web Analysis (Plausible Self-Hosted)

We use Plausible Analytics for the statistical evaluation and continuous optimization of our website.

Data protection-friendly configuration

We operate Plausible Analytics self-hosted on our own servers. We have configured the tool to be extremely data protection-friendly, which is why in most cases it does not require an active user consent (cookie banner).

  • Cookieless Operation: Plausible Analytics is set up to not use any cookies.
  • No Personal Data: No personal data (like IP addresses, which are anonymized immediately) is stored. The tool also does not use identifiers or techniques like device fingerprinting to track individual users across sessions or websites.
  • Sole Responsibility: Since the tool is self-hosted, the entire processing of the data remains within our control. There is no data transfer to Plausible Insights OÜ (the provider of the software).
  • Script Hosting on Separate Domain: The script necessary for data collection is hosted on a separate domain that is also controlled by us (the website operator). This separation serves purely technical purposes and does not constitute a transfer of data to a third party.

Scope of Data Processing

The data collected (e.g., website traffic, top pages, referrers, device types) is purely statistical and only serves to analyze the usage of our website in an aggregated and anonymized form.

Legal Basis and Right to Object

The processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in the statistical analysis and continuous improvement of our website, as the processing is carried out in a strictly pseudonymized/anonymized and data protection-friendly manner, and we have refrained from using cookies.

You have the right to object to this statistical data collection at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

5. AI Image Generator (Google Vertex AI)

We offer a function on our website that allows you to generate images using Artificial Intelligence (AI). You can either upload your own image files or select images provided by us as a basis.

Processing of your data

To provide this function, we process the image files you upload or select, as well as any text prompts or parameters you enter. This data is transmitted to the Google's Vertex AI API to generate the desired result.

The generated images are temporarily stored on our servers to enable you to download the result. This image is automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not use your data to train the AI models of the provider.

Use of Google Cloud (Vertex AI)

For the technical generation of the images, we use the "Vertex AI" service from Google. The provider is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google to ensure that your data is processed only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR. Although Google Cloud EMEA Limited is located in Ireland, it cannot be ruled out that data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Google is certified under the „EU-US Data Privacy Framework“ (DPF), which guarantees compliance with European data protection standards.

Further information on data processing by Google Cloud can be found here: https://cloud.google.com/privacy/gdpr.

Legal Basis

The processing of your data for the purpose of image generation is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), as the use of the tool is a service requested by you. If special categories of personal data (e.g., photos of people) are uploaded, processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you grant by proactively uploading the file.
